I provide grocery delivery in Lancaster with personal care, clear communication, and flexible support for recurring household needs.
I've been an illustrator living in Lancaster since 2017. Outside of my studio, I found enjoyment in personal shopping to deliver groceries for people in the area. Now, I'm starting my own service to bring my neighbors a reliable option to get what they need.

Substitutions and Exceptions
What counts as an
item in your order?

Small identical products
group in bundles of 10.

18 peppers = 2 items

Substitutions are pre-approved for your staples.

If an essential item is completely out of stock you will be notified for a follow-up delivery (checking other stores).

Heavy products such as water cases or large pet food bags count as one full item each due to weight and size.

How does payment work?

Joanna sends your shopping list with estimated total and an invoice for the total and delivery fee through Square.

The delivery fee acts as a buffer for minor price differences between virtual items and actual price in store.

Your final total is sent as a photo of the receipt and from there you are either refunded the difference or put it towards next time.

No surprise charges - any substitutions are pre-approved by you, and you'll be notified if any item exceeds expected cost.

Cancellations prior to checkout are refunded, but your delivery cannot be cancelled after the shopping is finished.
